Monday, March 2

11:17 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of counterfeiting.

11:41 a.m. – Preston Scott Moore, 18, of 99 Jewel Wrenn Road, Roxboro, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Moore was released on a written promise to appear.

3:45 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of larceny at Game Time at 815 N. Madison Blvd.

10:28 p.m. – Daniel Ray Shotwell, 18, of 1189 Cedar Grove Church Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor DWI. Shotwell was released on a written promise to appear.

Tuesday, March 3

7:03 a.m. – Officers recovered a stolen vehicle on Providence Road.

8:13 p.m. – Danita Jasmine A Johnson, 28, of 95 Sloan Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear. Johnson was held under a $5,000 secured bond.

Wednesday, March 4

11:04 a.m. – Sharon Kay Bumpass, 63, of 103 Cleveland Lane, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear. Bumpass was held under a $1,000 secured bond.

11:29 a.m. – Sharon Kay Bumpass, 63, of 103 Cleveland Lane, Roxboro, was given a criminal summons for misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer.

1:01 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle on Bretts Trail.

2:59 p.m. – Karen Ann Millang, 36, of 85 Or Burgess Road, Rougemont, was charged with a misdemeanor traffic offense except DWI. Millang was held under a $1,500 secured bond.

4:13 p.m. – Keith Laron Mason, 49, of 210 Woody St., 9, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear. Mason was held under a $310 bond.

6:15 p.m. – Jailan Makhi Mangum, 21, of 119 Barkwood Drive, was charged with misdemeanor DWI. Mangum was released under a $1,000 secured bond.

8:06 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury on Stephens Drive.

10 p.m. – Derrick Lavon Washington, 27, of 831 Lyle St., Roxboro, was charged with felony armed robbery and felony conspiracy to commit a felony. Washington was held under a $75,000 secured bond.

4:36 p.m. – Alesia Renia Burnette, 55, of 116 Langford St., Roxboro, was charged with failure to appear. Burnette was held under a $500 secured bond.

Monday, March 2

9:49 a.m. – Johnathan Wendell Burwell, 33, of 1126 S. Hoover Road, Apt. 14-B, Durham, was taken into custody on warrant service for charges in Hillsborough. Burwell was held under a $1,000 secured bond.

11:30 a.m. – Roger Demond Beasley, 25, of 221 Benjamin Court, Durham, was taken into custody on warrant service for charges in Durham County. Beasley was held under a $25,000 secured bond.

Tuesday, March 3

3 a.m. – Christian Pineda Rivas, 18, of 118 Lynn Road, Durham, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana .5 to 1.5 ounces and misdemeanor driving after consuming alcohol under the age of 21. Rivas was released on a written promise to appear.

11:49 a.m. – Deputies responded to a report of a breaking and entering on Hunters Circle in Rougemont. The victim reported returning home and finding various vacuum cleaners, tools and jewelry missing.

12:50 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of identity theft. The victim reported that someone had opened multiple lines on their AT&T account.

Wednesday, March 4

6:40 a.m. – Anthony Street, 49, and Anne Thorne, 43, of 521 Robert Norris Road, Roxboro, were cited with misdemeanor school attendance law violations.

7:36 a.m. – Stacey Nichole Whitt, 33, of 74 Roach Drive, Roxboro, was cited for a misdemeanor school attendance law violation.

7:56 a.m. – Ashley Lee, 25, of 7419 Helena Moriah Road, Rougemont, was cited for misdemeanor larceny.

12:21 p.m. – Melody Michelle Dunn, 30, of 832 City Lake Road, Roxboro, was charged with felony larceny. Dunn was held under a $1,000 secured bond.

12:31 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of identity theft. The victim reported receiving a Fidelity Visa Gold check card in the mail that they did not apply for.

12:34 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of trash dumping on Royster Clay Road.

3:08 p.m. – Nicole Lester Moorefield, 46, of 1218 Link Puryear Road, South Boston, Va., was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation in Davidson County, Moorefield was placed under a $2,500 unsecured bond.

4:45 p.m. – Miranda Nicole Penny, 24, of 1365 Oxford Road, Roxboro, was charged with a probation violation. Penny posted the $2,500 secured bond and was released.
